Task 5 Monthly finances (12 marks)
 
Your friend has asked you to help him keep track of his spending this month. 
 
a) Download the file Monthly budget by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page. Enter the data from the file into the spreadsheet. (2 marks)
 
b) Format the spreadsheet so that 
   - all text is viewable on the screen
   - the headings stand out from the rest of the data
   - money values are formatted to currency (£). 
 (3 marks)
 
c) Add a column with the heading Spending difference and a row with the heading Total. On your spreadsheet, calculate
   - the amount budgeted for outgoings minus the actual amount spent on outgoings. 
   - the total amounts for Budget, Actual spend and Spending difference. 
 (5 marks)
 
d) Filter the data to show only those items where the actual spend is more than the budget. (2 marks)
 
Save your document in your Mock, Task 5 folder, using the file name Budget.
